I spent most of the day doing dishes. I’m a worktrader so I need to do an hour and a half of kitchen work every day, plus I was covering for another camper’s hour, plus I like being in the kitchen anyway, so I stuck around just for fun.
I cut so many potatoes and washed so many dishes and listened to so much music. It was really lovely. I was in there for like four hours. I also borrowed a cane from another camper, and it’s been very helpful. My knee has been bothering me a bit recently and it never occurred to me to just use a mobility aid; I should get my own when I get home.
I also performed an original song in the talent show and people seemed to like it, which was nice. It was a late night (more dishes, predictably), and I went to sleep at around 1.
