How to Send Us Photos of NBTSC
Though we don't want to create a huge online photo album, we are always open to adding photos that show an aspect of any particular session that is underrepresented, or to replacing the photos we already have with better ones. So we're grateful to receive photos from campers or staff. We will consider anything you send us to be available for publication in both print (such as brochures or other future print projects) and online (mainly this website).
If we use any of your photos on this website, we will credit you as the photographer unless you ask us not to.
Sorry, but...
- Sending us photos doesn't guarantee that they'll go up on our website ~ but you can always post your own photos online and put a link on the NBTSC wiki. Though we love portraits of campers, we only publish a few for each session. (But we are thrilled to receive your photos even if we don't post them!)
- We can't pay for photos.
- We can't return CD's or prints. You should only send items that you're ready to let go of.
How to send digital photos
- Although for internet purposes we don't usually publish really high resolution photos, we prefer to receive high resolution jpg photos (300dpi is good), which we will convert as necessary.
- If you have 10 or fewer photos you'd like us to consider, please email them as jpg files to GraceLlew@aol.com. You should probably split them into 2 or 3 separate batches.
- For more than 10 photos, please send them on a CD (again, jpg format is best) to NBTSC, PO Box 1014, Eugene, OR 97440.
- Please include your name the way you'd like us to print it when we run a credit line ("photo by ______"), and specify the year and session (it may seem obvious to you, but we are old and senile). Other descriptive details are welcome too, though we may not print them.
- Thank you!
How to send prints
- Please mail them to us at NBTSC, PO Box 1014, Eugene, OR 97440.
- You are welcome to send color photocopies for our personal enjoyment, but we almost certainly won't post them as they tend to scan poorly.
